About Us
The Global Welfare and Social Service Association is a dedicated non-profit organization committed to uplifting individuals and communities facing social and economic challenges.
Founded with a vision to create a more inclusive and compassionate society, the organization unites passionate individuals who strive to make a meaningful difference through impactful initiatives in education, healthcare, disaster relief, and community development.
Our mission is to empower lives, restore dignity, and build sustainable communities by extending support where it is needed the most.
We envision an inclusive society where no vulnerable individual is left to live on the streets — every individual is empowered, rehabilitated and treated with dignity.
Our Vision
Create A Beggar Free India
To build an inclusive India where no vulnerable individual is left to live on the streets — every individual is empowered, rehabilitated and treated with dignity. We work tirelessly to eliminate begging, homelessness and social exclusion from our nation.
Our Mission
Building an Inclusive Society
Our mission is to uphold the dignity and rights of every vulnerable individual through a structured, compassionate and community-driven approach to rescue, rehabilitation and reintegration.
- Surveying and identifying individuals engaged in begging, as well as the homeless and destitute — including mentally ill, differently-abled, women and elderly — across urban and rural areas.
- Empowering beneficiaries through structured skill development, vocational training and entrepreneurship programs to ensure long-term, self-sustained livelihoods.
- Advocating with policymakers, corporates and civil society to create systemic support for addressing begging and homelessness.
- Rehabilitating rescued individuals through holistic, tailored healthcare, psychological counselling and ongoing mental health care.
- Conducting regular awareness campaigns to reduce stigma and sensitize the public on the rights and rehabilitation of people engaged in begging.
- Providing a safe, inclusive and friendly environment that fosters healing, security and a sense of belonging for every individual we serve.
- Mobilizing volunteers and engaging youth in the rescue and rehabilitation process to promote civic responsibility and social transformation.
- Rescuing homeless and vulnerable individuals from their current situation by perfectly grooming them with exceptional care and support.
- Facilitating access to essential social entitlements under social protection schemes to promote inclusion and financial independence.
- Collaborating with government departments — Social Welfare, Police, Revenue, Health, Labour and Employment — to create a coordinated and impactful response to begging.
